Long delays in the delivery of appliances caused by adverse global conditions are expected throughout 2021 and much of 2022  affecting the whole industry and across appliance brands. 

Supply and  Demand

Manufacturing industries especially appliance productions are experiencing  supply-side and demand challenges including:

—global shortages of electronic components such as semiconductors;

—logistical challenges caused by port closures/slowdowns;

—the resurgence of Covid-19;

—an unprecedented surge in housing and remodeling activity.

Delays

The length of delays varies by product and availability changes daily; however fulfillment  for some products have recently been around 4 to 6 months, and we expect conditions to be challenging for the foreseeable future. Any delivery dates indicated are estimates based on the information provided by manufacturers at the time ordering and may change  based on the status of production and availability.

Ordering

Customers are advised to place orders early to secure appliances from leading brands such as Gaggenau, Thermador, Bosch, and Sub-Zero & Wolf. One luxury brand manufacturer with general availability is Dacor.
